The new office was designed with the health and well-being of the team in mind, ensuring the best possible working conditions and taking into account the various needs of employees. It’s a friendly, inspiring space. Plenty of natural light, ergonomic furniture, and access to relaxation areas are just some of the elements that are designed to improve working comfort. Open spaces foster team collaboration, while individual rooms and chillout areas allow for a moment of calm and concentration. Coworking spaces are designed to facilitate communication between teams, and meeting rooms are equipped with modern, innovative technologies. The office has recreational areas where employees can spend time during breaks from work, playing board games, using consoles and game machines, the gym, massage chairs or relaxing in the coffee corner, which fosters positive relationships. Elements such as cyberpunk-themed wallpaper, neon lights and acoustic pixel decorations lift the mood and create a unique atmosphere. A high emphasis was placed on acoustic comfort for employees, using sound-absorbing panels and decorations, as well as designer acoustic booths and furniture. Among the ergonomic workstations there were also unusual solutions such as balls and a bicycle to sit at the desk or lamps with dangling plants.
