Lingaro Office

Since 2008, Lingaro Group has been recognized by clients and global research and consulting firms for its innovation, technological excellence and consistent delivery of the highest quality data services. As a one-stop partner for global brands and enterprises, Lingaro guides clients through their entire data journey – from strategy to development to operations and deployment, helping them realize the full value of the data they have at their disposal. The company’s mission and profile are reflected in its new office, located on Pulawska Street in Warsaw, with architects from the BIT CREATIVE studio responsible for its construction.

The office space of Lingaro’s new headquarters in Warsaw is more than 3,000 sq m on two floors. The first is 1,053.20 sq. m. and includes a social room with a kitchenette totaling 68 sq. m., seven meeting rooms (10-41 sq. m.) and separate open-space work areas. The second is 2048.22 sq. m. and includes a social room with kitchenette totaling 157.47 sq. m., a coffee point, a game room with kitchenette – 46 sq. m., 17 conference rooms from 10 to 100 sq. m., a creative work room – 30 sq. m., 3 rooms for individual work, a separate open space and a chillout area. The impressive space, which guarantees freedom and comfort, reflects Lingaro’s position in the international market, guaranteeing its employees friendly working conditions.

However, a clear, functional and conducive to both individual and team work division of the space was the first challenge faced by the architects from BIT CREATIVE studio. After all, the separate rooms had to be arranged in such a way that each was a cohesive part of the whole, while standing out from the rest. The starting point, therefore, was the company’s mission, its international scope of activities and the profile of services it provides.

Hence, the guiding idea of conference rooms is the cities where the company’s main branches are located. Conference rooms in the reception area are designed in subdued colors, while those available to employees stand out in intense colors. Each has its own individual color, highlighted on the ceiling. The Mexico room is considered the most colorful, with the dominant figure of Frida Khalo on a celadon-colored wall.

The game room is dominated by the company’s colors – shades of purple and navy blue. The ceiling, made of panels in black, gray and white, refers to the room’s theme – it resembles a checkerboard or pixels on a monitor. Additional mood-enhancing elements include wallpaper from the cyberpunk universe, a neon “Game over” sign and a pixelated wall decoration that also serves an acoustic function. There are plenty of activities available to users: a game console, slot machine, ping-pong, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and lounge areas.
