AVIVA is the largest insurance group in the UK and one of the 100 largest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. It operates in 16 countries in Europe and Asia, as well as Canada, and serves 34 million customers. The company’s traditions date back to 1696.

AVIVA has been operating in Poland since 1992 (formerly as Commercial Union), serves more than 3 million customers and manages assets worth more than PLN 50 billion. Specializes in individual life insurance expanded with additional health and accident insurance. It also offers a pension fund, investment and retirement products, property insurance for businesses and individuals (motor, residential, travel), group life insurance and employee pension plans.

Planning to relocate its headquarters in Warsaw, where more than 1,300 people work, the company decided to change the office location from the so-called “office of the future. “Mordor” on Domaniewska Street to a more employee-friendly location in Warsaw’s Wola. Also, the interior design was to become more modern and employee-friendly and create an attractive office with many possibilities and many faces for employees to come to.

To prepare the interior design, the company hired specialists in the field of interior design – the INDESIGN architectural office, which developed an interesting design concept that meets the client’s high requirements. The architects proposed to depict each floor in a different color scheme referring respectively to: forest, city, water, sky and mountains. In this way, each floor featured accessories, color schemes and zone descriptions referring by a common denominator to the themes of each floor.

Our company, in close cooperation with the client, prepared, manufactured and installed the complex furniture equipment in this project – starting with the staff workstations, furnishing conference rooms, informal meeting areas, relaxation and focus rooms, and furnishing the Board of Directors’ offices.
The project is characterized by modern solutions and an interesting design and philosophy consistent with that of the Human Office. We are pleased that AVIVA decided to choose our company in the competition to carry out such a prestigious project as the company’s main office.
