Work, Passion and Trust

BIT Creative studio is responsible for the design of the company’s modern headquarters. Accompanying the Designer on this project, Human Office was pleased to contribute to ensuring that the design of JDE’s new interior was realized and finished to the highest standard. Our approach is based on a deep understanding of needs and careful alignment of our solutions with the client’s global vision.

Modern Space with an Emphasis on Wellbeing

JDE Peet’s new office is becoming a model of modern workspace with an emphasis on Wellbeing. Located in the heart of the capital, designed with employee comfort in mind, it combines functionality and aesthetics with concern for the health and well-being of the team.

The new office space is more than 900 m². It includes conference rooms, open-space work areas, common areas with a chillout zone, a kitchenette, a coffee point, a dining area and rooms for individual work. The substantial space, characterized by attention to the smallest detail, high comfort and unusual design solutions, reflects JDE’s mission in the international market – to find creative and innovative ways to make a positive impact. The designed space is an open, ergonomic and friendly place for work and meetings.

Green Spaces and Vegetation

One of the key elements of the office is an abundance of greenery, which not only adds to the aesthetics of the interior, but also improves air quality and contributes to the well-being of employees. The presence of plants in the workplace increases productivity, reduces stress and improves the overall atmosphere.

Work Comfort

The space has been designed so that everyone can find a place perfectly suited to their needs. Ergonomic furniture, such as adjustable desks and comfortable chairs, allow you to customize your workstation to suit your individual preferences, which is crucial for spinal health and overall comfort.

The office offers relaxation areas that are ideal for recuperating during the day. Common spaces include comfortable sofas and armchairs where employees can relax or conduct informal meetings.

Light and Acoustics

Large windows provide natural light, which has a positive effect on the mood and health of employees. In addition, the LED lighting system is designed to simulate natural daylight, which is especially important on shorter winter days.

The office is equipped with sound-absorbing panels to minimize noise and provide a quiet working environment. The meeting areas also feature state-of-the-art acoustic technology to ensure privacy and comfort during conversations.

Innovative Technology Solutions

The office is fully integrated with the latest technological solutions. Building management systems make it possible to monitor and optimize energy consumption, which is both green and economical. Employees have access to advanced communication and collaboration tools that facilitate remote and hybrid work.

JDE Peet’s new office in Warsaw is an example of a perfectly designed space that combines modern solutions with concern for employee wellbeing. Green spaces, ergonomic furniture, appropriate lighting and acoustics, and innovative technologies create ideal working conditions. It’s a place that inspires and motivates while providing comfort and harmony.
